This includes: order records, contact information, processed conversation logs, and any other data stored in our systems.
Submit a Deletion Request
Send an email to main@shlhaa.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include your name and store name (if applicable).
Identity Verification
We will contact you to verify your identity and account ownership to ensure data security.
Deletion Execution
All your data will be removed from our systems within 30 business days of verification.
Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion process is complete.
All order records associated with your account or store.
Contact data (name, phone number, address).
Processed conversation message logs.
Store settings and connected tokens.
Daily performance summaries.
Advertising performance data.
We may retain limited data if required by law or to resolve existing disputes. In such cases, we will inform you of the retained data and the retention period.
