By using Shlhaa ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
These terms apply to all users including merchants (store owners), their employees, and customers whose orders are processed through the system.
Shlhaa is an order processing automation service that operates across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp). The Service:
Automatically captures order confirmation and cancellation messages from conversations.
Extracts order data (name, phone, address, product, price) using artificial intelligence.
Records orders in a centralized management system.
Sends orders to approved delivery companies.
Sends real-time notifications to merchants.
Provides advertising performance analytics from connected ad accounts.
Enables comment management on Instagram posts.
Provides engagement tools for Facebook Page content.
As a user of the Service (merchant), you are responsible for:
Providing accurate and truthful information during registration.
Ensuring the accuracy of order data sent through conversations.
Obtaining customer consent for sharing their data for delivery purposes.
Not using the Service for illegal purposes or in violation of Meta policies.
Protecting your account login credentials.
Complying with applicable advertising and commerce regulations.
The Service operates through Meta's APIs (Instagram API, Messenger API, Marketing API). By using the Service, you also agree to comply with applicable Meta terms and policies, including the Meta Platform Policy, Instagram Terms of Use, and Facebook Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to modify or suspend any feature as required by changes to Meta's policies.
All intellectual property rights related to Shlhaa, including the trademark, design, logo, and source code, are owned by Shlhaa. No part of the Service may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make our best efforts to ensure accuracy and reliability, but we do not guarantee:
Uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.
100% accuracy in data extraction in all cases.
Continuous availability of third-party services (Meta, delivery companies).
We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the Service or inability to use it.
You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by notifying us via email. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access in case of violation of these terms or Meta's policies.
Upon termination, you may request deletion of all your stored data via our Data Deletion page.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. Any disputes shall be referred to the competent courts in Iraq.
